Preparation:
The surface must be clean, dry and free of oil or grease.Glossy and satin surfaces should be slightly abraded to provide a surface key.
Mixing:
Having fully prepared the substrate, stir the individual components before mixing together. Add Part ‘B’ to Part ‘A’ and thoroughly mix for at least 3 minutes. For best results use a heavy duty slow speed drill with a mixing paddle. Allow the mixture to settle for 5 minutes or until foaming has cleared.
Ensure thorough mixing as an unmixed product will result in a poor or non-cure situation.
Application:
Apply undiluted by brush, short nap roller or spray. For airless spray use 011-015 nozzle and 150-200 bars pressure. One coat is normally sufficient but porous substrates may require a second coat, which should be applied after a minimum of 5 hours drying time.
