Typical Uses:
Aquatex is a waterproof, self levelling compound used for the tanking of basement and cellar walls to prevent the permeation of ground water. Also for sealing tanks and ducts, and is suitable for lining storage tanks for potable water.
The cementitious water-proofing system consists of a blend of Portland cements, graded aggregates and chemical modifiers. Aquatex is mixed simply with water to produce a liquid consistency that may be applied by brush or spray.
Aquatex has excellent adhesion characteristics, even when applied to damp surfaces and is approved under the Water Bylaws Scheme.
