Our Support Line number is 0300 365 1045 and is open Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 4pm with 24-hour answer phone service.
The Hope Programme offers free and confidential information and support by telephone. Our staff and volunteers will listen to what you want to say. Our support line is a way to self-refer into our service. We would need to take some details from you in order to make sure we are the right service for you at that point in time. We will provide you with information about our services and ask if we have permission to share your details with one of our counsellors.
The Hope Programme’s counselling is a free, face to face, non-judgmental service where you are not expected to talk about what happened to you. Our counsellors will help you find ways of coping and recovering from your experiences. Our Counsellors follow BACP ethical guidelines. The ethical framework can be found at https://www.bacp.co.uk/events-and-resources/ethics-and-standards/ethical-framework-for-the-counselling-professions/
